Never Send Credit Card Details By Email!

Occasionally I see people sending emails (or get emails) containing credit card details.

Please DO NOT EVER put your credit card details or any other security-sensitive information into an email. Even if you think your outgoing email server is secure, it is not. Email can be routed arbitrarily through the Internet and anyone with access to those intermediary networks can save and read your mail.

We have a secure form online to update your credit card details for our customers. Go to the Account Settings menu on the far right and click "Billing Details". You'll find the link there.
